Its finally here and it is amazing! This is a traditional plum gin using sloe plums from right here in the arm, it is then steeped for 3 months to create a gorgeous flavoured gin that is a blood red in colour.
Because this gin uses a seasonal harvest, this is a VERY limited edition- once they sell out they are all gone until next plum season
This gin recently received 93/100 and 5 stars from Wine Orbit. We will be making more next year, but you will need to act fast to secure a bottle of this seasons Sloe Gin.
Tasting notes:
Gorgeously coloured and aromatic with Morello cherry, cinnamon, potpourri and orange peel aromas with a lovely juniper overtone. It’s elegantly sweet and seamlessly flowing in the mouth, offering tangy mouthfeel combined with velvety texture. Flavoursome and deliciously long.
