Welcome to Lavender Hill, owned by Trish and Jason Delamore. We’re two Kiwis passionate about creating a sustainable escape, offering fabulous accommodation in Auckland, and sharing our wonderful local products with the world.
Just 35 minutes north of Auckland, our stunning property features a magnificent blend of lavender, olive, and lemon groves. We also have a few sheep and alpacas, all of which contribute to our small-batch, handcrafted products made with love on the farm.
Local Botanicals
Here at Lavender Hill, the land is at the heart of the experience and everything we produce: the farm, with rows of lavender and fruit trees, isn’t just a backdrop; it’s the source.
Fields of lavender bloom for a brief season each summer, while olive trees and lemon groves surround our small-scale distillery, which transforms what grows naturally into something quite special.

We’re not here for mass production. We care deeply about every product in every run, and this is how we uphold our sustainability promise.
A big part of our unique value is Little Lottie, our small-batch, farm-based gin still, which transforms botanicals grown on our property into award-winning gins and limoncello to share and enjoy.
