This is a special gin designed and developed by our 21 year old daughter, Zara! Using our special London dry gin as a base, Zara experimented with additional botanicals, landing on lime, passionfruit and ginger as the extra flavour notes. Zara helped develop the flavour profile, make and bottle the gin, and designed the label- what an awesome project.
As with all our gins, we had Wine Orbit do a professional tasting and achieved 93/100 and 5 stars- we are proud of this gin for a number of reasons!. Perfect with traditional tonic water and a slice of lemon.
Tasting notes:
Beautifully scented and enticing, the bouquet shows white flesh nectarine, juniper, lemon peel and floral notes with hints of passionfruit and ginger. The palate offers excellent vibrancy with fine texture, finishing delightfully long and exuberant.
