Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Lavender Hill, we are proud of the quality of our New Zealand-made products. We meet all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, and our goal is to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

1. Damaged or Faulty Goods If your item arrives damaged, broken, or is not of acceptable quality, we will make it right.

• Please contact us immediately at info@lavenderhill.co.nz with a photo of the issue.
• We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs).
• For broken glass or leaking products, please do not post the broken shards back to us unless requested; a photo is usually sufficient.

2. Change of Mind We want you to love what you ordered. If you have changed your mind, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
• Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Exclusions: Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for any opened items.
• Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer’s expense.
• We will issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs) or a store credit once we receive and inspect the goods.
  

3. Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded for change of mind. Sale items are final unless faulty.
