Our newest addition to the range. A classic London Dry Gin that uses the traditional gin botanicals with fresh rosemary and lemon peel direct from the farm

Tasting Notes: It’s immediately attractive on the nose with classic juniper and citrus peel aromas with nuances of floral and fragrant spices. Upfront and intense in the mouth, yet elegant and harmonious with saline texture, finishing long and refreshing. Centuries ago, the British Navy required a gin so potent that if a barrel was broke and soaked the gunpowder...the gunpowder would still ignite.

The magic number for this was 57% ABV gin and Navy Strength Gin was created.

We have honoured that heritage by boosting the botanical load, creating a gin that is fearless, flavourful and built to weather the storm.

A powerful expression, the enticing bouquet showcases juniper, grapefruit, liquorice, dried orange, and lime peel aromas with a hint of peppercorn. On the palate, it’s intense and punchy, exhibiting gorgeous warmth and terrific persistence. Wonderfully styled with waves of seductive aromatics, finishing impressively long and exuberant.  57% ABV. March 2026.

Our Licence

100% pure all natural cleaner using Lavender essential oil. Our cleaners use ingredients from the farm- lavender essential oil, lavender hydrosol, alcohol from the gin making process and NZ made castile soap. 

The essential oil provides ani-fungal and anti-bacterial properties...and it smells gorgeous! No harsh chemicals and the product miles don't get any less than this as we make it on the farm...real sustainability in action.

Small batch special, this delicious pre-mixed Negroni uses our London Dry Gin as a base for this classic cocktail. We have taken the fuss out of making one of the world’s best cocktails. Just add to ice and garnish with a whisper of orange peel and enjoy the unique blend of bitter and sweet flavours that defines a Negroni. 

Tasting Notes: This is fabulously inviting on the nose, showing pomegranate, grapefruit, orange peel, ginger and rhubarb notes with a hint of juniper overtone. The palate delivers gorgeous textural mouthfeel, combined with subtle sweetness backed by bright acidity, making it sweet and bitter at the same time. Enjoy our new 100% pure natural massage oil. We use sweet almond oil as the base, and then include jojoba oil which is rich in vitamins A,E & D. To make it extra special we add extra virgin olive oil and French Lavender oil - both made from our very own farm.
